Barielle Keys Collection - Summer 2014
Monday, July 28, 2014
Hey all! Today I have the Barielle Keys Collection for you! Have you ever been to the Keys? My husband and I went to Key West last year for our 2nd anniversary. It practically rained the entire time there! Anyway, these, 6 sunny, summery shades will keep you in the vacation mode all season long! I used Barielle base and top coats for all the swatches below.
Miami Heat is a sheer jelly red shade. I used 2-3 coats for this polish and as you can see, there is still a visible nail line. I do enjoy red shades like this though. I feel like the formula, especially for a red color, won't glop all over the place. There's just a certain place in my hear for bold jelly polishes.
Paradise in the Tropics is a deep fuchsia color. This applied in just 2 coats and application was very smooth. I have always enjoyed the formula for Barielle's cream shades. This bold fuchsia is perfect for those wild summer nights!
Barefoot in Bermuda is a hot pink cream. Because of how bright this is, it almost shows up a little red on camera. I assure you, this IS a bright pink and it will blind you! This also applied in 2 easy coats.
Topless in St Tropez is a shimmery pinky-coral color. I am obsessed with corals this season and this one is one of my favorites. I think the shimmer gives it a little bit of class. It's good for both day and night so if you are in love with corals like me, definitely pick this up!
Hawaiian Sunset is a bright shimmery orange. Who doesn't love and in-your-face bright orange? This applied in 2 easy coats and definitely screams summer, beach, and vacation. Would you rock such a bold color?
Panama Pina Colada is a soft, creamy yellow. I did have to use 3 thin coats for this polish because of how sheer yellow polishes can be. Even through some of the patchy spots, I still enjoy this creamy yellow.
