China Glaze Electric Nights - Swatches & Review
Tuesday, April 07, 2015
If you're looking for some BRIGHT polishes, you should definitely look into getting the China Glaze Electric Nights collection. I have swatches of all 12 for you - I was going to do some nail art and then BOOM - my pinky nail broke right down to the nub! Stay tuned in a couple of weeks for nail art using these polishes...as soon as my poor pinky nail grows back! All of these polishes are shown as 2 coats and no top coat unless otherwise stated. They also glow under a black light...it's a shame I can't find mine, haha! Enjoy!
Red-Y to Rave is described as a neon red creme polish. I usually always love China Glaze cremes because they are so smooth and apply with so much ease. These are no different. I love this color - it puts quite a pep in your step!
Home Sweet House Music is a gorgeous neon orange creme. This is definitely a shade for the summer. It reminds of those creamsicle bars - I could totally go for one of those right now!
Daisy Know My Name? - a Hi-light yellow creme. Okay, this one takes more than 2 coats to become opaque. I always have issues with yellows. This one is my least favorite of the collection mostly because it is pretty hard to get it to be flawless on the nail. My ring finger is probably the worst. Still, I love how bright this is and it *is* a creme...so there's that.
UV Meant to Be is a "tranquil baby blue creme" as described by CG. You know me and my baby blues - I am so in love with this color!
Violet-Vibes is a light neon purple creme shade. No issues with application here. If you're a purple fanatic, pick this one up!
Plur-ple is a blue-purple creme shade. Definitely not as bright as the others in this collection but it's certainly vibrant!
Treble-Maker is a glowing green creme shade. Who immediately thought of Pitch Perfect? I DID!!! Are y'all going to see it May 15? I'm totally going to try! This polish is simply stunning and definitely bright and vibrant!
This is the first of 3 splatter paint effect glitter top coats in this collection. This is Let the Beat Drop - a glitter top coat full of hot orange and pink multisized glitters. This is 1 coat over Treble-Maker.
Glow with the Flow is a bright baby pink creme shade - I'm slowly growing fond of pink shades after having swatched so many. This can definitely find a place in my polish collection.
Can I Get an Untz Untz is the 2nd glitter top coat in this collection. This one is full of neon green and blue glitters. Shown is 1 coat over Glow with the Flow.
DJ Blue My Mind is a super bright blue creme shade. I think this one is my favorite of the collection.
Point Me to the Party is the last glitter in this collection. Multicolored neon glitters really make any mani pop. Here is 1 coat over DJ Blue My Mind.

ReplyDeleteThis feels like such a happy collection. I'd wear almost all of them though I look awful in yellow polish.
