Hey guys! Today I bring you my first fragrance & perfume post...like ever! I am very picky when it comes to fragrances. My husband is also very picky about my fragrances because, well, he's gotta be around me when I have it on. Right now, I only wear one brand -- it's a very high end brand that my husband picked out for me YEARS ago, back when we were just dating. I hope it never becomes unavailable because I think I might just cry.

Luckily, I have found another fragrance that I love. It's also a heck of a lot more affordable than my luxury brand. Taylor Swift Wonderstruck is, of course, a fragrance by Taylor Swift. There is a pretty big selection of department store brands available at Walmart. Below is the Taylor Swift section. Notice the prices and the various sizes the bottles come in. There is something for everyone!

After I got home with my new fragrance, I immediately ripped the box open! The bottle is small but VERY gorgeous. Notice how under the light it appears holographic. It's absolutely mesmerizing! I was Wonderstruck and Enchanted, if you will. I also noticed how intricate the cap is on the bottle.

So now that we've oohhd and aahhhd at the bottle, let's jump in to the good stuff -- how it smells! According to the description of the fragrance, it contains notes of freesia, green tea, apple blossom, raspberry, and dewberry. When I read this for the first time, I knew that I was probably going to like this fragrance. I love anything fresh and fruity so this seemed like the perfect fit on paper.

With any fragrance, the first time I spray it, I don't spray it on me because I don't know how much will come out and I don't know how strong it is. With Wonderstruck, you must be careful not to over-saturate yourself with it. It is pretty strong so I only applied it to my wrists and on my neck.

I had worn this for about 4-5 days before I really started to love it. It is appropriate for any season and for any occasion. I wore this to work for 4 days, I wore it around the house just doing chores, and I wore it out to dinner with my family. Below are the two of the work outfits I had on when I wore this fragrance.

So overall, buying your favorite department store fragrances at Walmart is smart shopping. I'm very pleased with the prices I found and I'm very pleased with my new fragrance! There is a huge selection and at these every day low prices, you can't beat it! I have purchased fragrances from Walmart before and I will continue to, especially after my most recent purchase, Taylor Swift Wonderstruck.
